What's there not to like at this property!? First of all, we arrived at the hotel around 9am and of course the room wasn't available for check-in. The hotel suggested we could use their spa to clean up and get changed (it was an overnight flight). Once inside the spa, you could see the magnificent view of Tokyo (men's bathroom). I dipped myself in the hot baht and I was the only one there. The amenities kits were superb and of high standard you expect from a Four Seasons property. The room is huge in comparison to regular Tokyo hotels. We had his/her sinks with baht tub. A separated toilet and bath rooms. The room is superbly cleaned. The bed is very comfortable with each side 2 pillows to choose from. They even provided pajamas so comfortable that I didn't even think of using the ones I brought from home. They changed it everyday. Sadly, I should have bought the PJ set back which are available for sale at the spa area. One of the things that stood out the most is the level of service all the staffs demonstrated. During our stay, all the staffs remembered our names (which is typically hard to say anyway) and that intrigued me very much. If you're looking for a set of afternoon tea, look no further at the hotel tearoom. We were bombarded with all the tea choices and sets of treats that kept coming. We had to skip lunch right after the tea set. All the cutleries were nicely selected to compliment the theme of that season. Ours was the sakura season, therefore pretty much everything were pinkish. By the way, the curtains open itself automatically once you enter the room. That's extremely cool!

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had during my travels. The hotel was spotless, with a fresh, inviting scent everywhere, and the staff were exceptional—always ready to offer assistance, comfort, and support. The breakfast was served on the 39th floor, which felt almost like being in the sky, with stunning views of Mount Fuji on the horizon and the nearby Imperial Palace complex. There was a small mix-up during check-in when the front desk lady accidentally “refunded” me instead of charging my credit card to confirm the stay. Naturally, this caused a bit of confusion, but the manager handled it with professionalism and grace, taking care of everything right away. Throughout the entire stay, Afonso, a very professional and friendly Portuguese staff member, made sure we felt welcome during both check-ins. Even when a small mistake happened, they made sure everything went smoothly, making us feel like we were still in heaven.

The staff were amazing There was an issue with the customs on our arrival in Japan Our pick up was booked and waiting but unfortunately the problem took along time to resolve The GM from the four seasons contacted the customs to ask why we had been treated in this way also waivers the charge for our pick up Ghe concierge especially Kevin helped us with organising tours and restaurants wonderful service We regularly stay at the four seasons all over the world This is by far one of the best Four seasons hotels The staff are so polite from concierge to room service and housekeeping everything was perfect And then there is the view OMG!!!! Not forgetting the underground network right under the building so no need to step out in heat or the rain Convenience on another level

Without a doubt one of the very best hotels and hotel experiences I have ever had. The location and view are amazing, the pool is fantastic and the staff simply cannot do enough for you. The rooms are excellent as is everythng about this hotel. Absolutely worth the splurge. Simply the best way to spend your time in Tokyo and make it a truly memorable visit. Bonus points for taking your partner to the very excellent Est restaurant for a great dining experience.

the location is very convenient, room and restaurant views are exceptional; also, you can tell lots of efforts are put into details around the hotel. Most importantly, all the staffs are very energetic and friendly unlike other upscale hotels. I would especially like to thank Ms. Wu for helping me track and found a lost bag on Japan Rail; as a foreigner, it’s a total nightmare to deal with Japanese bureaucracy
